Germany: hydrogen gains further momentum with announcement of hydrogen grid

Developments around hydrogen have gained further momentum in recent months, amongst others the German government has decided to build a core hydrogen grid. This brings the question of the corresponding supply sources of low carbon hydrogen back into focus. This latest H2 market radar investigates this question and came up with the following findings: 92 facilities for green hydrogen production with a combined capacity of 125 MWel are now in operation in Northwest Europe.
