Aside from renewables and efficiency, governments need to decide soon on options/policies which can be sufficiently advanced by 2030 to achieve 2050 targets. European governments (especially major gas markets: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain) have the most aggressive commitment.
