Belgium, Hydrogen and the future Energy Mix

2020 saw an increasing focus on the role of hydrogen within the energy transition. European, national and regional strategies were deployed by several countries and a growing interest from companies in green hydrogen was observed. This study provides necessary insights into the technological and economical aspects of the hydrogen import value chain in order to fully acknowledge this renewed focus on hydrogen and provides a basis for its further roll-out.
